There are three lots all included in this price. The lake front lot is a bit of a parallelogram at 76’x94’x77’x113’. The lake frontage is the side that is 76’. Across the street there are two lots. One is directly across from the lake front lot and the other is to the south as you are looking at it from the road. These lots are each 75 feet wide and go back into the woods from the road 200 feet. They are each zoned as build-able lots. My original plan was to build a second building with a garage and two bedrooms on these lots and put in a septic system on that side to support both the new construction and the original house.
